Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Provide continuous support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements and skills
MBA in HR - Regular
Proven experience in HR for 10 to 12 years with hands-on experience in all HR subsystems
Sound knowledge of software like HRM, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and payroll
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking abilities
Good spoken and written communication skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
Experience in the development and administration of HR compensation plans
